Registration
When registering, remember the following steps:
- Fill out the form completely (areas marked with a red asterisk are required) and click Continue.
- A pop-up window will inform you that you need to check over the next form for completeness.
- Check form and click Confirm.
- Lastly, you will see the invoice. Click Done, and your registration is complete.
Please be patient! Some registrants have commented that they have not waited long enough for the next screen to come up. That may be the reason why the process is not completing. Depending on the time of day and how busy the system is at the time, it may seem like it is taking longer than it should. Please try again. But if you continue to experience difficulty, please call to discuss the problem.
Please Note: We ask that you limit representation to two recruiters so that we may provide parking and lunch. Additional representation may require a fee to cover the additional cost.

Arrival
Agencies are welcome to begin setting up at 11a.m. Student volunteers will be available to help unload from 11:00 until 11:45a.m.
Parking
Parking at Penn State can be challenging, so we have secured parking permits for your convenience. Please pull into the HUB parking deck entrance to drop off your items before you park your vehicle. Student volunteers will be available to help you unload your vehicles and set up your tables, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Please note that the front entrance to the HUB is now a pedestrian walkway, and even short-term parking is no longer available there. The enclosed parking permit will allow you to park in the East Parking Deck, which is located behind the Berkey Creamery. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to park farther away than last year; because of construction on the Eisenhower Parking Deck, parking is particularly limited. Please follow the instructions on the front of the parking permit, and display the permit on your rear-view mirror as you enter the parking deck. You will be able to exit free of charge at the end of the Expo. It is extremely important that you remember your parking pass; if your pass is forgotten or lost, your agency will be responsible for the parking fee.
Departure
Because of varied class schedules, some students are unable to get to the expo until the second half of the event. These students are often disappointed because the agencies that they wanted to speak with are all ready gone. Because of this, we ask that participating agencies stay until 3:30 p.m. Agencies will have until 4 p.m. to pack up materials and load vehicles.
Luncheon
When you arrive at the Expo you will be given a meal card that will have an allotted amount of money that can be used only for the day for event. After November 5th, the card will become inactive. This card will be good for one meal at a restaurant/cafeteria on campus that is in close proximity of where the Expo will be held.
Attire
Business Casual or Business Formal are appropriate. We strongly recommend that you wear comfortable shoes.
