RESEARCH AND TEACHING INTERESTS

Professor Lee specializes in urban sociology, social demography, and race/ethnicity. His current work focuses on concentrated homelessness; public-homeless interactions; spatial aspects of ethnic diversity; trends in multi-group segregation; gentrification and racial transition; pro-integration neighborhoods; effects of local attachment on residential mobility; and community identity management.
