RESEARCH AND TEACHING INTERESTS

Primary interests are (1) family formation and dissolution, including marriage, marital and nonmarital fertility, cohabitation, and divorce, and (2) demographic methods and models.  Secondary interests are (3) race/ethnic demography and (4) mortality.
